I spent pretty much all of today in the darkroom, printing in color. I actually find that it's easier to get a good color print manually than with a computer. When using a computer there is a large difference between the printer and the screen unless both are set to the same color profile.

Above is one of the prints that I made, I can feel that printing in color is making me better at color balancing digital photos, which is good because that was one of the things I've been strugling with for a while.

On a side note: If some of the images look strange on you computer (color or lightness/darkness-wise) it is because I tried to manually calibrate my monitor and I have a feeling I screwed it up in the process. Lucky for me Ryerson recently bought an calibration device specifically for Image Arts students to sign out, so I'm going to try to get it ASAP.
